Sometimes objects that have cute names really don't look like their name, when you do a long exposure. Such is the case with the "Pac-Man nebula," or NGC 281.

This is the result of my first effort at pushing narrowband exposures to 10 minutes instead of 5. I'll need an OAG to push it any further.

The Ha data was used as luminance, with color coming from Ha, S2, and O3 in my own blend that tries to strike a balance between natural colors and visually pleasing contrast.
