C/2020 F3 Neowise close up

Hey Jung und Mädels,

In der Nacht von 11.-12.07. gab es hier bei mir eine klare Nacht, ohne Wolken und ohne NLCs. Genau richtig um dem Komet mehr Details zu entlocken und eine Bildserien anzufertigen um sie zu stacken. Also baute ich kurzer Hand mein 8" Newton mit 800mm Brennweite auf und packte die Canon 6da dran. Vollformat ist aber nicht so gut an einem 2" OAZ. Deswegen sind die Sterne alles andere als gut. Aber egal, der Star ist natürlich der Komet! Zusätzlich lief Huckepack das Samyang 135mm mit der Canon 500d mit. Das Widefield muss aber noch gestackt und bearbeitet werden. Die Bildserie startete ich ca. 2 Uhr morgens. Trotz all der Kamera kontrolle, genoss ich es auch den Kometen visuell zu beobachten. Mit 1-2-3 Gläschen Bailys ;)

Hey boys and girls,

On the night of 11.-12.07. there was a clear night here with me, without clouds and without NLCs. Just right to elicit more details from the comet and create series of images to stack them. So I built my 8" Newton with 800mm focal length and grabbed the Canon 6da. Full format, however, is not so good at a 2" OAZ. That's why the stars are far from good. But no matter, the star is of course the comet! In addition, Huckepack ran the Samyang 135mm with the Canon 500d. However, the widefield still needs to be stacked and edited. I started the series of pictures at about 2 o'clock in the morning. Despite all the camera control, I also enjoyed the comet visually. With 1-2-3 glasses of Bailys ;)
