Description

This week Mars has reached its maximum approach to Earth, about 62,700,000 km, it will be the shortest distance in the next 14 years.

We can observe the Syrtis Major transit, the south polar cap, bluish clouds on the north and several other structures of the red planet.

The images below record this phenomenon and the captures was made using Celestron C8 SCT telescope and ASI290mc camera.
