      Description

      The Ghost Nebula (Sharpless 2-136, VdB 141) is a reflection nebula around 1,500 light years away in the constellation of Cepheus.



      The Ghost Nebula was imaged in Autumn 2019 using a dual TEC 140 rig located in the Haut Alpes, The imaging team is Tom O'Donohue, Olly Penrice, Steve Milne & Elisabeth Milne.

      Capture details are as follows:

      Telescope: TEC140 x 2

      Camera: Atik 460 & Moravian G2-8300

      Filters: Baader, Astrodon and Chroma

      Mount: Mesu 200

      Lum 45 x 900s

      Red: 17 x 600s

      Green: 16 x 600s

      Blue: 17 x 600s

      A total of 19 hours and 35 minutes exposure.
