Description

UGC 1281 is a superthin galaxy not too faint with 13.3 mag. It apears 5.8 x 0,6 arcmins and this makes is superthin.

There are some Hubble images in the web which also shows it's slightly interaction with it's neighbour PGC 6700.

Unfortunately I lost all data for the flats and darks from this night, so this one is a little noisy.

My budy Andreas kindly annotated my image in PI to show how many other galaxies are in the field, too.

I've found just one picture from 2012 of this object on Astrobin.
