Description

A successful try to image with standard C11 XLT telescope and 0.85 SW FF/FR. Tough object - this beautiful galaxy is 130mil LY away and a long focal length is needed to reveal a details in it's structure.

NGC 772 is in fact rather large galaxy, twice the size of Milky Way. Small elyptical galaxy NGC 770 is responsible for te perculiar shape of the galaxy and detached outer spiral arm.
