Description

NGC 3310 is a spiral galaxy in Ursa Major. Distance is about 47 Mio Lj. The real diameter is only about 41.000 Lj. The size of the Galaxy is ar. 3,1 x 2,4 arcmin. About 100.000 years ago a merger with one of her satellite galaxies happend and caused strong star forming regions.
