Canon 77D Measured Sensor Parameters

Description

In astrophotography it is useful, and sometimes necessary, to know the characteristics of the sensor during image processing.
While manufacturers of dedicated astronomy cameras regularly and officially publish this data, I struggled to find any for my Canon DSLR; so I decided to measure it myself from actual bias, dark and flat images taken at each specific ISO, and then process it with the BasicCCDParameters process in PixInsight.

Here you can find the main sensor parameters I measured for the Canon 77D DSLR Color Camera (Modified), with the caveat that this is a home-made measurement, so it should be taken as indicative only.
Interestingly, the Bias Mean Value (i.e. ADUs that correspond to no optical signal) jumps from 511 ADU at ISO 200 to a fixed value of 2048 ADU for higher ISOs (2048/16383=12.5% of the useful ADU range).

I hope this will be helpful to AstroBin friends here who use DSLRs, although these are 77D specific values.
