220 x 90 sec frames taken (5.5 hours) of the comet as it slowly glide through the dense Milky way star field of Auriga . The blue envelope indicates probable excited carbon monoxide molecules with a white coma and star-like nucleus.

Taken with a RASA 11 and imaged with a ZWO asi 294mcPro camera in between storms on the night of Nov 25-26 2019.

Expect the comet to brighten as it is closest to the earth on 29 Dec 2019 and perihelion in spring 2020. Sadly this comet will not be any closer than 1.5 AU to us and a little over 2.2 AU during Perihelion.

The star streaks are from the rich star fields and I left them there so as to make the most out of the comet's appearance.

I'll be posting the comet registered and star registered videos on YouTube shortly>
