Description

Before 10,000 years a supergiant star exploded to shine like a Moon in the sky for weeks. This stellar explosion is called supernova that lead to formation of emission nebula called Veil nebula. The nebula distance is about 2,500 light years from us. Its composed of 3 parts, the Eastern part is called Network nebula in the lower part of the image, the middle part is called pickering triangle and the third part is the Western one called Witch’s Broom or finger of God nebula which appears on the upper part of the image. The Red colour is ionised Hydrogen gas and the teal Blue is excited Oxygen gas. Gear setup: WO Redcat 51 f/4.9, ZWO ASI2500 MC pro, Optolong L-enhance, iOptron SkyGuider pro, ZWO mini guide scope, ZWO ASI120MM-S, ASIair.
