Cederblad 111 Central Core

Ced 111 constitutes a small illuminated part of the Chameleon Cloud, a molecular cloud in which stellar formation phenomena generating low-mass stars take place; this cloud is of great importance in studying the formation of planetary systems and brown dwarfs

This object is the central portion of the Chamaeleon Molecular Cloud which is better imaged in a wide-view. I have resubmitted an Advanced Request on CHI-6 for comparison.
