Description

NGC 7380, also known as the Wizard Nebula, is an open star cluster discovered by Caroline Herschel in 1787. The cluster is surrounded by a large hydrogen region which resembles a wizard. It is located some 7200 light years away from Earth in the constellation of Cepheus.
