Description

While working on the collimation and camera tilt of my new Takahashi Epsilon 160ED, I accumulated quite some data on the Rosette Nebula. It is one of the most imaged targets and thus a good reference to see where I am in terms of imaging.
With each imaging session the data became incrementally better w.r.t. to collimation and tilt, however I learned that I am now much more susceptible to wind, in comparison to the small RedCat 51. So a lot of data had to be taken out. Star shapes are still bad, mostly because of imperfect collimation.
Finally I figured out how to adjust nearly perfectly collimation and tilt during daytime, so I hope to acquire cleaner data in future.
