Bonjour

FPS: 25 image/s
Distance focale: 5400
Expo: 40 ms
Gain: 500
image processée en Drizzle 3 dans autostakker
Animations: (Takahashi FSQ 85 + Atik One 9)
Hi
Considering the clear sky conditions on 3 nights that we had this week, I gave myself a new challenge:
An image and two animations of the planet Uranus and its satellites made from my home in Chilly Mazarin.
The first evening, I set up my two setups and started deep sky acquisitions with the takahashi scope and I recorded videos of Mars with my Mak180. Then around 1am I turned my Mak towards Uranus which looks like a small green ball in an 8x50 finder. And there I was surprised at the quality and the size of the planet on my computer screen. (well I'm still at x30 magnification).
I started the acquisitions with a fps rate = 25fps, which isn't much, but I left it running for long enough to have a frame count of 50,000.
During this time, the idea occurred to me to look for the satellites of Uranus, and suddenly I stopped the CP shots of my telescope and I also turned this one towards Uranus.
I launched a hundred 10 second acquisitions on the planet without really knowing what it was going to give.
The next day I started to process it all and rehearsed this little game for three nights.
In the end, I therefore post a color image of the planet made on the second day, and two animations (one annotated and the other not.) Of Uranus' movement in the sky between the stars, which was a nice surprise, and the broomstick of three of its satellites which revolve around it over three nights (as well as the 6 annotated and unannotated images)
For the position of the satellites around Uranus, I used the CoeslixApex software which was produced by a Canadian and which brings together a host of information, maps, and so on on all the planets and CP. There is a free downloadable version, and the pro version is 25 Euros. Why deprive of it. Here is the link :

PS: I have no actions in this software .. :-)
Uranus image adjustment only: (Mak180 + Zwo asi385MC)
Images: retained from 25% of 50,000
FPS: 25 fps
Focal Length: 5400

Gain: 500
image processed in Drizzle 3 in autostakker
Animations: (Takahashi FSQ 85 + Atik One 9)

Hope you like it, and as usual all comments are welcome .. :-)
