IC 10 Local Group member

IC 10 is another galaxy that belongs to our Local Group. Located in Cassiopea at a distance 2.2Mly it is heavily obscured by Milky Way. IC10 is smaller than even SMC, but much brighter because of unusual starburst activity (much higher then any of Local Group member)

Imaged in LRGB + Ha to emphasize HII regions
