Description

The Crescent Nebula NGC6888 in bicolour - with a hint of Soap Bubble

This is about 5 hours of the Crescent Nebula. After preprocessing I thought I had some dust in the optical path that wouldn't calibrate out, turns out it is actually a signal! There is a slight trace of the Soap Bubble Nebula (PN G75.5+1.7), which has been discovered in 2008 by amateur astronomer Dave Jurasevich.
