Ah well, this turned out better than expected. Seeing was really bad so was autoguiding, transparency was also not good (i could see three of the seven sisters with my naked eye, five only with a bit of fantasy - normally i can see at least 5 without any problem from my backyard). I nearly ended this imaging session after an hour or so! After stacking, as i saw the result i was really excited, i had never ever thought to see so much of this nebula, especially as i use a OSC with only a broadband filter (well, the Neodymium does not cut a lot, see the transmission curve provided by Baader for details - i use it as IR/UV cut off filter).
Maybe i overprocessed the image a bit but i wanted to show as much structure as i could. All in all i am really happy with this one.

Oh, and i took this image on new years day -> So "Happy new year" to all of you!
