Description

This glorious dusty region just above the Hyades is extremely difficult to image from my light polluted backyard in suburban London. The task is even more difficult when it takes two months to acquire sufficient data to even process as the weather doesn't cooperate...

For proper versions of this area see: https://www.astrobin.com/cmsh7t/E/ and https://www.astrobin.com/8zn4ds/0/

Original is L data from main refractor (not sufficient data captured for upper left panel). L data was mixed with synthetic L from RGB data to produce the final image.
