Description

379x120s = 12.6 hours L

60x120s = 2 hours each R/G/B

All from B7

Total of 18.6 hours of integration time

C8 w/ 0.63x reducer | CEM40 | ASI1600MM-Pro | ZWO LRGB

The underlying data from the C8 benefitted from a few nights of good seeing. Data is still a bit soft, but that's just what I get to live with for trying to push 0.63"/pixel in my skies.

Processing was pretty standard overall

Preprocessing

* Calibration using WBPP

* SubframeSelector

* StarAlignment

* ImageIntegration

* Drizzle (2x, vark 1.5, dropshrink 0.7)

L Channel

A superlum was created by integrating R, G, B, and L using ImageIntegration with NoiseEvaluation for weighting.

* Crop

* DBE

* Deconvolution

* MMT for sharpening

* IntegerResample to bring back to original pre-drizzle resolution

* TGVDenoise

* MMTDenoise

* HistogramTransformation for stretch

* One round of DBE for some lingering gradients

* FastRotation for a more natural angle

* MMT for some final denoise

R/G/B Channels

* DynamicCrop

* DBE

* BackgroundNeutralization

* ColorCalibration

* IntegerResample to pre-drizzle size

* TGVDenoise

* MMTDenoise

* HistogramTransformation

* FastRotation

* LRGBCombination with L channel (Chrominance Denoise enabled)

* Invert + SCNR on stars to remove magenta artifacts

* Curves

* MLT for some final sharpening & denoise
