Description

The seeing was probably slightly better here than for the image in the last Saturn posting (the Encke division is visible). This was shot using 8,000 frame R, G, and B videos. I only used about 2,000 each as usual, but the denominator was bigger. The original A version is a stereo image.

To see Saturn with a 3D appearance, look between the two images in the original version A as if you are looking at a distant object until the two images merge. If you have trouble try making the images smaller on your monitor (command - minus on a Mac, control - mouse wheel in Windows). This version uses a depth map technique in Photoshop as described here: LINK
