Description

This is a galaxy that is sadly neglected by astrophotographers.

My first attempt was hindered by a defective cable and so I was not able to collect any light that night. On second attempt the next day, wind was rattling the setup just enough to kill the finer details in the galaxy's dust lanes. If I can have another go at it in the next month or so, maybe I can obtain a better result.
