Description

It may appear funny or even crazy to target things which are no more than 23° over horizon......

But, my main object that night decided to jump into the forest - unexpectedly, of course... - and the night was still young so, where could I aim at?

This bird came across and so, I had my new target and sent the mount on the way, Go!

I could hardly belive how deep it moved. Whaaat?? Seriously???

So I collected "light" of this thing for only 70 minutes in total before it dipped into the light bell of a city nearby. The first frame of the series looked like this (see revision's zone). Hmkaaaay... I thought, this is never gonna work but, continued exposing. Fortunately! So, I could not believe it when I saw what appeared after stacking and first shot of background extraction.

Lesson learned this time: never say never! ;-)

In photons we trust! Cheers!

PS: iso was 800
