Description

This object is a tiny planetary nebula located 18000 light years away in the constellation of Perseus at a declination of +34 degrees. This magnitude 12 PN spans 12 arc-minutes in our apparent view, which corresponds to a diameter of 1 light year.

For a PN, this object is distant from us and little structure is evident. It is primarily blue in color. A bright rim extends around the circumference from 3 to 12 o’clock, brightest at the 7 o’clock position. I could not find anything of substance on this object.
