Description

I have shot wide field of Heart Nebula and Soul Nebula with Takahashi FSQ 85 plus 0.73x reducer on Moravian 16200 two years ago. The detail with IC1805 is very fascinating, I always wanna shoot on 140mm telescope. In past two months, I was able to capture the data when the moon was in the sky:-) .

The Heart Nebula(IC1805) is 7500 light years away from Earth and is located in the constellation Cassiopeia. It is made up of ionized Oxygen and Sulfur gasses, responsible for the rich blue and orange colors in the image. The shape of the nebula is driven by stellar winds from the hot stars in its core.
