Description

The Spindle Galaxy, also known as NGC5866, is a lenticular spiral galaxy located in the constellation Draco at a distance of about 50 million light-years away. Also in this frame are galaxies NGC 5870 and NGC 5862 as well as many other faint galaxies.



Taken between May 2020 from Campbell, CA, USA. Sky: 18.80 mag/arcsec^2
