Five clear nights on the trot here in South Wales, and after pointing at some rather dim objects for the first four, I just had an hour to play with around the moon on night five. So I pointed at something a bit brighter - NGC7000. As ever, I have a battle with my RASA stars. In this image, 62 Cyg is a bit blousy at the top there. I guess the diffraction pattern is impacted by my cable management. Anyway, I've left it as it is rather than start trying to "correct" it.

Revision C: nearly a year later, this is a complete re-run of post processing. The original images have a weird purple hue and a lack of detail in some of the nebulosity. In these initial attempts I chose to use Pixinsight's ABE for background extraction due to an inability to see anything through all those stars. This was a mistake and made a mess of the end result. In this revision I've applied DBE carefully after temporarily removing the stars, and this has been much more successful.
