my name is Chris Koll from Austria, Europe and I am enjoying astrophotography since 2016.

At first I started with a DSLR and standard camera lenses and in 2020 I acquired my first telescope.
All photos are taken in rural Upper Austria with a mobile setup. My standard site is approx. 650m above sea level and has a SQM of 21.66 mag/arc sec2 (zenith).

My astrophotography has been rewarded by numerous appearances in "Sterne und Weltraum" magazine. In 2021 my photo of comet C/2020 F3 NEOWISE was shortlisted in the "Astronomy Photographer of the Year" competition.
