I only got my first telescope in 2013, despite taking up astronomy about 30 years ago!

After 2 years of having a portable setup where I had set it up and take down all the equipment each session, I have built my own observatory in Manchester UK. This means I can make use of shorter clear spells and make better use of my time. I am still amazed at what can be imaged from such a poor site, even with neighbours security lights on!
