I have always been interested in photography since grammar school and I served on my school's newspaper and yearbook photography staff. Once I got my first telescope, an LX200GPS 7" Mak, I started right away in trying to take photographs. I got my first telescope about six years ago, even though I was always interested in astronomy. A year ago I finally purchased a GEM and dove into the Byzantine world of auto-guiding.
