TriStar Observatory is an 8x12 back yard ROR obs buried under the light pollution of Nashville, TN.

The observatory, while being right out in the back yard, is capable of being run "remotely", and sessions are often completely automated.

Gear sits atop a 10" concrete pier, and everything is 100% solar powered by 200W of solar feeding a ~400Ah battery bank.
