I am a retired biologist living on the small island of Hidra on the coast of south-western Norway where I have my personal observatory ("Osmundstø Observatory"). In 2021 I also became a part owner of SAGAS-Observatory (located at IC-Astronomy), Oria, Spain.

I enjoy nature photography very much and astro imaging has been a part of my photographic hobby since I was a teenager. Besides that i am also most interested in evolution and the biodiversity of our Planet, an interest that has brought me to many remote and beautiful locations.
