Description

The weather here in UK has been awful for astrophotography ... worse than normal but nothing unusual these days I guess. So I've been trying to figure out how to maximise any clear sky time.

I've managed to mount my RASA 8 and Esprit 80 on the EQ6-R. The RASA has the 1600MM for HA or luminance. The Esprit 80 has the 2600MC for colour and nice star shapes.

This is 110 mins of data - 46 mins of HA and 64 mins of colour under a full moon and hazy-ish sky. It needs a lot more colour, and I didn't have time to get any shorter exposures for the core before it went behind tree so core is blown out. However I think the approach may have potential going forwards.
