Abell 22, also known as PK215+11.1 is a faint bipolar planetary nebula in the constellation Canis Minor. It has a very interesting structure of a strong central rectangular core, with very faint outer lobes in all 4 quadrants. The outer lobes are primarily Ha with the core a combination of both Ha and OIII. The entire nebula is larger than most Abells extending about 4 x 6 minutes of arc, the central core about 2 arc minutes across.

Magnitude is listed as 15.4, and the Ha is stronger than Oiii.
