Description

The small Rosette Nebula(sh2-170) is a small and faint emission nebula. It locates in the Perseus arm of our galaxy in constellation Cassiopeia. It is about 7500 light years away and has a size about 2/3 of the moon. Together with NGC7822,  they make a big question mark in the space.   In its center, there is a small and young cluster of stars, named stock 18.

First time shooting an NB object from dark site, subs are much cleaner than those from my backyard:-)
