Description

Sept. 14, 2020 was a rather misty night here in Vienna City, but (alas, finally, after many months) little wind/jet stream and a fairly calm atmosphere --- perfect match for the "Planet Parade" ;-) (I tried Uranus and Neptune as well, but did not achieve satisfactory results).

This is just Q&D of some of the first stacks I processed, no derotation or further processing beyond wavelet sharpening and minor touches in GIMP (I still have troubles processing Jupiter - see sample processed stack ... think I need a fast planetary cam sooner of later) ... but the intent is to give somewhat of an idea of that fabulous night I had observing our outer neighbors...

EDIT Sept. 19: Updated Mars pic

EDIT Oct. 9: Updated Saturn pic
