Description

I had one hour of "clear sky" though there were lots of thin clouds and the light pollution is heavy in the suburbs where I am. I managed to get some images of the comet and process away as much of the clouds as I could. I think the tail suffered the most, as the core is quite bright.

I did a write up of the process over on my site. And included a time-lapse of the images I shot, which shows just how little I had to work with. https://www.macobservatory.com/blog/2020/7/20/imaging-comet-neowise-with-astroimager-on-the-mac
