Description

Gamma Cygni is the name of both the bright star in the center (also known as Sadr), and the expansive nebula surrounding it.

This rather simple image was a short 36 minute integration with an H-alpha filter (done on a whim when I determined that I didn't have much time left). The first version is a standard mono image. In the second version, I colorized the nebula but left the stars white.
