Helix Nebula (NGC 7293)

NGC 7293. This is a large planetary nebula and one of the closest planetary nebula to Earth (about 700 light years). The ring of gas around the central dying star is about 2.8 light years in diameter. The Helix Nebula is located in the zodiac constellation of Aquarius.
