Description

This image of M 87 has been taken by Serge Brunier who sent me the data for processing. There was a strange gradient across the field which I corrected using a synthetic flat.

I tried to show both the plasma jet and the numerous faint globular clusters (mag. 21 to 22).

The seeing was not good, but The globular clusters are visible.
