Description

For a hypothetical observer located on a planet in the Small Cloud, the Milky Way would be an unmissable sight: it would occupy about 36 ° in the sky, that is over 70 times the diameter of the full Moon.

He would have an "oblique" view of the Milky Way, which would therefore be entirely visible without the interference of interstellar dust, which makes the study of our galaxy from the Earth extremely difficult.

The Great Magellanic Cloud would appear as a vast, clear spot, larger in size than it appears to us, and would be visible over 90 ° away from the Milky Way (from Wikipedia).
