Description

Still stumbling around in the rear end of the heavenly remains of the Olympian god, Zeus, I found this heavenly Clamshell, some  2200 lightyears away.
I didn’t have to move the telescope very far from the North America Nebula as The Clamshell Nebula is located only 2-3 ° away from its more famous neighbor.
In the center of this Clamshell we find this 5 magnitude star 68 Cygni, not listed anywhere with a suitable name for a beautiful pearl in a clamshell.
