Description

Haven previously gone deep on NGC 7822 in this region here, I thought it deserved a wide shot.  It is indeed another facinating and interesting area of the night sky.  What glory!  I especially like the dark structures driven by solar winds and the surrounding fainter circular nebulosity towards the right side...really shows how this thing is expanding.  As  a bonus I picked up part of a small cluster on the right.

Processed in SHO (to match my deep image) with Ha as Lum.  I had taken some RGB subs and ended up using the RGB stars (first time successfully thanks to StarXterminator).  Had a bit of noise issues tried a tad of Topaz and MSLT, but then TGV_Dnoise did the best job.  Figuring the noise is due to being slightly under sampled.  Guess it's time I learn about drizzling.  Taken from my backyard with the WO81GT and Flat 6Aiii reducer resulting in F4.9 and 316mm focal length.
