Description

This is the nebulosity excited by the star Wolf-Rayet 134; FOV is centered on the 8th magnitude star HIP 99377. Data is all Ha, but rather than leave it in grayscale, I converted it to RGB in PixInsight and used red to better show the gaseous extent. It's actually toned down a little to provide better definition, but that whole area shows evidence of Ha.

I have started collecting OIII data; this may take a while to get sufficient data for a decent HOO or SHO. Many of the images I have seen combine NB with RGB data. To do that I need to wait until the Moon is out of range.

[106] 300s subs, half at Ha3.5nm and half at Ha7nm; 8.833 hours integration
