This is by far my biggest Project to this day. When I started this Project back in September 2021 my Plan was to get to 100 hours on this target. Due to months of bad weather, I needed nearly 6 Months to collect all the Data. I ended up with a total of 106h 15min. But during process decided to ditch about 20 h of OIII data because of bad halos my current skills didn't allow me to handle. I learned a lot while collecting, pre-processing and processing this data. I'm glad I did this and I'm glad I'm done with this target. At least for this moment.

Das ist mit Abstand beim größtes und schwierigstes Projekt bis heute gewesen. Als ich im September 2021 damit angefangen habe, war mein Plan 100 Stunden Gesamtbelichtung zu sammeln. Aufgrund von Monatelangem schlechtem Wetter, habe ich fast 6 Monate gebraucht um alle Daten zusammen zu bekommen. Am Ende waren es sogar 106Std 15Min. Während der Bildbearbeitung habe ich mich allerdings dafür entschieden etwa 20 Std OIII-Daten "wegzuwerfen", da ich zu starke Stern Halos hatte, die ich momentan nicht zufriedenstellend bearbeitet bekomme. Ich habe eine Menge gelernt, während ich die Daten gesammelt, den Pre-Process und die Bildbearbeitung durchgeführt habe. Ich bin froh, dass ich diese Projekt zu Ende gebracht habe, genauso froh bin ich aber, dass ich fertig damit bin. Zumindest vorerst.

Submitted The date and time when you submitted this image for IOTD/TP consideration.	...
Views by Submitters (available since September 19th, 2023) Every image is assigned to 50% of available Submitters. In the event that at least 80% of them don't view the image before its time in the IOTD/TP process expires, it's assigned to the other 50% of Submitters and the process begins anew.
Promotions by Submitters When 3 distinct Submitters promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for Top Pick status. This requirement, in addition to anonymization of images and distribution to only a subset of them, prevents biases and ensures that the best images are selected.
Promotions by Reviewers When 3 distinct Reviewers promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for IOTD status.
Early dismissal Staff members have a lot of images to inspect on a daily basis, and they can dismiss images if they believe they don't meet the requirements for IOTD/TP selection. If an image is dismissed 5 times, it's removed from the process. This streamlines the process and ensures that any bias present in promotions could be overruled by other staff members.
