Description

M-52 is a bright open cluster containing over 120 stars. It lies 3000 light years from earth. The Bubble Nebula is part of the larger NGC-7635 nebula complex. The "bubble" is formed by the solar wind from a super hot Wolf-Rayet star at its center. The actual diameter of the bubble is approximately 6 light years.
