Good Guiding

Description

Most of the time i set up my telescope in the backyard, attach the cables to a laptop standing on a table, start imaging and go back in, especially when it is cold outside. There are a few warm summer nights where i stay outside, drink a beer and enjoy looking at several objects visually with my small newtonian. Anyways, on cold nights like the ones at the moment i turn the laptop so that i can look from inside the house to the display, where PHD is open. When i see a guiding-screen like the one shown on this image, i know everything is fine :-)
