Description

The Rosette Nebula is a large, circular H II region, located on the edge of a gigantic molecular cloud in the constellation Unicorn Monoceros, located in the band of the Milky Way. The open cluster NGC 2244 (Caldwell 50) is closely associated with the nebula, by virtue of the fact that the stars in the cluster have been formed from matter in the nebula. The photo is taken with a skywatcher spiritual 80 f5 telescope with narrow band and RGB from Tona (Barcelona) with skies bortle 5.
