Description

The Rosette, which measures about 130 light years in diameter, is located about 5000 light years from Earth in the Monoceros region.

This is about 3 hours worth of integration, shot with the RASA 8 and STC Astro Duo narrowband filter. Image acquisition was accomplished with the ASIAIR Pro. 

The data was calibrated and stacked in Astropixel Processor and processed in Pixinsight and Photoshop.
