Description

K1-14 is a planetary nebula located 11,000 light years away in Hercules. It is about one arc-minute across and was discovered in 1963 by Lubos Kohoutek.

The Oiii signal is strong and shows a lot of structure. The Ha is a bit weaker and there is not very much Ha in the surroundings.
