Description

The Crescent Nebula at the top of the image is an emission nebula in the constellation Cygnus, about 5,000 light-years away from Earth. The bubble-like nebula under the Crescent Nebula was discovered by an amateur astrophotographer in 2015 and made headlines. At the bottom of the image is a nebula with a blue signal called Blue Wolf's Eye or Wolf's Light, Ring Nebula. The area was shot at once with a full-frame camera.
